CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

I authorize Cabrera Auto Body LLC to perform the repairs, services, and operations described in this estimate, repair order, or invoice. I understand that additional damage may be discovered during the repair process and may require supplemental authorization and charges.

ESTIMATE DISCLAIMER

This estimate is based solely on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden or additional damage may be discovered during disassembly or repair. Any additional repairs, labor, materials, or parts required will be documented and may result in a revised estimate or supplement.

PARTS & MATERIALS POLICY

Parts and materials are subject to availability and market pricing at the time of ordering. Special-order parts and customer-approved deposits may be non-refundable once ordered. Cabrera Auto Body LLC reserves the right to use OEM, aftermarket, recycled, reconditioned, or alternative parts when permitted by the customer or insurer.

COLOR MATCH & BLENDING

To achieve a proper color match, adjacent panels may require blending or refinishing. Vehicle paint changes over time due to age, sun exposure, prior repairs, factory variation, metallic or pearl orientation, paint fade, and panel condition. If the customer or insurer declines recommended blending, Cabrera Auto Body LLC cannot guarantee an exact color match between the repaired panel and adjacent panels. The customer understands that visible color variation, texture difference, metallic mismatch, or blend edge visibility may occur when blending is declined, and Cabrera Auto Body LLC is not responsible for paint mismatch caused by declining recommended blending or refinishing operations.

INSURANCE RESPONSIBILITY

Insurance approvals, supplements, payments, deductibles, betterment charges, and coverage limitations remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Cabrera Auto Body LLC is not responsible for insurer delays, denials, or coverage disputes.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless prior written arrangements have been made. Vehicles may be retained until all outstanding balances have been paid in full as permitted by applicable law.

STORAGE POLICY

Vehicles not picked up within 3 calendar days after notification of completion may be subject to storage fees.

Indoor Storage: $150.00 per day

Outdoor Storage: $25.00 per day

Storage charges continue to accrue until the vehicle is removed from the property.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Cabrera Auto Body LLC is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables before repairs begin.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Cabrera Auto Body LLC provides a limited warranty on workmanship performed by our facility. Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear, abuse, neglect, unrelated failures, rust, corrosion, environmental damage, manufacturer defects, or customer-supplied parts unless otherwise stated in writing.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By authorizing or continuing with repairs, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and understand this estimate, repair order, or invoice, including all terms and conditions contained herein. I authorize Cabrera Auto Body LLC to perform the repairs described and agree to all applicable charges.
